What You’ll Be Doing: - Support daily plant operations through safe and efficient material handling. - Operate mobile and plant equipment as assigned to maintain production flow. - Assist with housekeeping, cleanup, and general site maintenance. - Perform basic inspections and report equipment or safety concerns promptly. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and productive work environment. What Are We Looking For: - Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow established procedures. - Capacity to operate equipment and tools used in aggregate production. - Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to perform physical tasks in varied outdoor conditions. - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
