Position Summary: The Associate Game Hardware Technician supports game development and testing by installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Electronic Gaming Machines and associated hardware. The role ensures lab infrastructure reliability through facility maintenance, network wiring, and inventory management while providing responsive support to engineering and test teams. Job Functions: Move, install, set up, maintain, and reconfigure Electronic Gaming Machines and related components. Perform hardware troubleshooting down to the assembly level (e.g., printers, bill validators, cables) and up to server and network inputs (e.g., switches, controllers, routers). Provide day‑to‑day and remote technical support for test engineers. Maintain, organize, and manage support and replacement part inventories.
