Job Title: Student Ministry Director Ministry/Department: Eleven22 Students: Reports to: Central Ministries Pastor , Kids and Students Status: Full-time, exempt: Supervisory Role: Yes: Objective: The Student Ministry Director provides leadership and strategic direction for all Eleven22 Student Ministry environments, stewarding and contextualizing the spiritual and strategic direction so that every campus embodies an aligned, g ospel-centered and mission-focused culture . This role helps one more generation discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ and fulfill s the church’s mission to make disciples who make disciples. Key Responsibilities: Spiritual and Strategic Alignment: - Reinforce the church’s discipleship framework in every environment, event and communication - Align all student teaching, group curriculum and leader training with The Church of Eleven22 ® Discipleship Journey framework - Evaluate campus gatherings and events to ensure they consistently reflect a g ospel-centered, mission-focused DNA - Ensure student ministry vision and values are consistent with churchwide direction - Provide theological clarity that drives all programming decisions Ministry Plann...
