TAM Manager, Google Cloud Consulting

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders to architect, develop, or maintain cloud solutions in cloud environments. - 3 years of experience managing technical teams, or serving as a team lead/mentor for technical teams. - Experience leading technical conversations with customer stakeholders or managing escalations. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or Master’s degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field. - Experience managing teams focused on cloud operations, SRE, or technical account management. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Support, Product) to drive customer outcomes. - Understanding of cloud computing concepts (e.g., networking, IAM, compute, storage) and operational frameworks (e.g., ITIL, DevOps, SRE). - Ability to attract and develop talent, with a track record of coaching team members to improve performance. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
