What you’ll Do: We’re seeking a proactive Facilities Support Coordinator to support our Facilities, Engineering, and Maintenance teams. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth administration of maintenance activities through Oracle CMMS and procurement systems, helping to deliver reliable and compliant site operations. Essential Functions: What experience and Education You Need - Administer the Computerised Maintenance Management System (Oracle) - Manage contractor documentation including permits, contracts, and insurance records - Raise and receipt purchase orders, including GL coding - Liaise daily with maintenance and engineering teams on work orders, invoices, and POs - Assist with spare parts inventory, stock takes, and ordering - Deliver excellent cu...
