(IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas. IBT is currently seeking a Part-time Early Childhood Assistant Teacher/Floater for our Infant and Toddler Program at The K.I.D.S. Place, IBT’s early learning and child care center in McLouth, Kansas. The K.I.D.S. Place provides a nurturing environment which supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs, offering care to children ages 2 weeks up to 14 years. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensuring Child Engagement: Staff must engage with the children consistently throughout the day. Relevant scholarly literature shows that exposure to constant, pro-social language from an early age is a strong indicator of success later in life.
