Role Summary Free People is looking for a Temporary Assistant PD Coordinator to support the technical and commercial development of sweaters and knit products across all URBN business channels. The Temporary Assistant PD Coordinator partners cross-functionally with design, technical development, and international vendor partners to enable successful commercialization and execution of our product strategies. Role Responsibilities: - Drive the full lifecycle of sample development from proto through SMS, ensuring adherence to URBN seasonal calendars and milestone gates. - Communicate daily with global vendor partners to execute sample demand plans and upstream T&A management. - Review incoming samples to validate construction, yarn composition, finishing, and fit standards. - Maintain accurate sample status in internal systems and reconcile against packing lists and allocation tracking. - Create and maintain Y-Codes in Tradestone to ensure accurate fiber content, construction details, and yields. - Manage yarn header and color card library to support design, testing, and sustainability objectives. - Track raw-material invoices and maintain documentation for vendor settlement accuracy....
