Location: Avera Prince of Peace-Skilled Nursing Worker Type: Regular Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America) Pay Range: The pay range for this position is listed below. A Brief Overview: Responsible for the inspection, mechanical repair, preventative and maintenance of facilities and assets including, but not limited to, buildings, grounds, mechanical, physical, and stationary equipment, machines, and vehicles. What you will do: - Performs building inspections, replacing parts, cleaning, and overseeing heating and plumbing, outdoor grounds & landscaping, and snow & ice removal all which insures a safe facility environment. - Performs basic carpentry and maintenance work for the facility and fixtures including but not limited to, painting and preparation work, remodeling projects, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. - Performs and co...
