The How…: You will use your three-plus years of experience in property maintenance (either in a residential or hospitality setting) to address work orders before issues escalate into major problems. You’ve done light carpentry, are experienced with minor electrical or plumbing repairs, and aren’t afraid to work on HVAC systems. You are interested in growing your career and have obtained one or more relevant certifications so you can take on more complex repair and maintenance work using your EPA, CPO, HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications or technical degrees that this property needs.
