ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee daily operations of geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and related service lines within the region. - Ensure efficient resource allocation, workload balancing, and optimization of staffing, equipment, and scheduling. - Maintain operational excellence through strong project execution, quality assurance, safety practices, and compliance with industry standards. - Implement consistent processes, workflows, and best practices across offices and project teams. - Own the region’s P&L performance, including revenue, expenses, utilization, and operating cash metrics. - Lead medium- to large-scale initiatives that improve systems, tools, and operational capabilities. - Monitor business performance and take action to ensure targets are met or exceeded. - Drive cost efficiency, pricing discipline, and responsible growth. - Support and drive long-range growth strategies through business development collaboration, and client relationship management. - Lead, mentor, and develop regional managers, project managers, engineers, and technicians. - In partnership with HR, drive recruitment, retention, succession planning, and emplo...
