Project Civil Engineer

Pennoni is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Civil Engineer to join our Milton, DE office on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of land development projects while working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary professional environment. Primary Responsibilities: - Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings, technical specifications, and construction contract documents. - Provide comprehensive civil engineering design services, including site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure design. - Support a wide range of project types, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments (single-family and multi-family). - Design and coordinate paving, drainage, grading, water, wastewater, and related site improvements. - Collaborate effectively within a team-based environment, including mentoring and supporting junior engineering staff. - Coordinate and manage communication among internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies. - Participate in project marketing, planning, scoping, and proposal...
