We are seeking a motivated and committed individual as a legal structured products documentation specialist. As a central point of contact, you will work closely with internal units such as Trading, Sales, Middle Office and Tax, as well as external partners like SIX Swiss Exchange. Within our well-equipped team you will document all issuances of structured and other securitized products (warrants, leveraged products, AMCs) with the various base prospectuses and specific deal documentation (final terms, termsheet, KIDs in five languages) and also tailor-made (and not yet automated) products and support the life-cycle of such products.
