In this role you will act as the process owner for the global shared service TA operating model, ensuring standardisation, clarity of roles, and a consistent, high quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and TA teams. The role partners closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, HR Process Excellence, HR Digitalisation, CoEs, HRBPs, and market TA teams to translate global TA strategy into operational solutions.
