Cooler / Loadout Supervisor - 4 day week - 3rd Shift

Job description

Job Summary: - Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the warehouse; including but not limited to: - 1. Hold team accountable to company policies: Attendance, Safety-First, etc. - 2. Ensure Load out is accurate and completed timely - 3. Ensure all safety training is completed - Ensure proper execution and implementation of all policies and procedures with regard to picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory management. - Train and evaluate staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks. - Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels and product loss control. - Help to schedule and manage warehouse team members. - Ensure all equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, and fleet trucks are properly maintained and inspection practices are followed. - Ability to work in cold (non-weather) temperatures. - Facilitates teamwork throughout the facility and promotes a positive self-image. - Ensure local level, corporate, and regulatory rules, regulations and policies are adhered to. - Responsible for expense control, including shrink, labor and overhead costs in the Cooler. - Follow and enforce all company policies...
