Sevenfold Property Group is seeking an experienced Property Management Assistant/Junior to join our team in Brisbane. You’ll be working closely with our Senior Property Manager, providing support across all day to day tasks including routine, entry & exit inspections, maintenance coordination, and client communication. About the Role: - Supporting the Senior Property Manager across a well managed portfolio throughout Brisbane. - Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections - Coordinating maintenance and repairs - Assisting with leasing activities and inspections - Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords - Helping to prepare for QCAT (if required) - General administration and property related tasks About You: You’re a capable and confident property management professional with a solid understanding of what it takes to manage a portfolio and a genuine interest in contributing to a team.
