Technical Program Manager

Job description

Overview We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the deployment and evolution of LIGER, an enterprise AI platform, at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). You’ll be the senior technical owner of the program: bridging hands-on engineering execution with senior CBP leadership, mitigating technical and programmatic risk, and making sure the AI capabilities we ship directly support CBP mission outcomes. This position requires the ability to obtain a CBP Background Investigation; U.S. citizenship is required. This role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, federal compliance environments, and agentic AI systems, plus the ability to coordinate complex development efforts and align senior stakeholders. You’ll move quickly in an environment that emphasizes building, deploying, and iterating in parallel, communicating clearly, driving consensus, fostering strong team collaboration, and owning the end-to-end solution lifecycle with the customer.
