POSITION SUMMARY: Zachry is seeking experienced SR Work Face Planners to play a critical role in the successful execution of construction projects by facilitating the development and management of Installation Work Packages (IWPs). This on-site position ensures that construction activities are planned and executed safely, efficiently, and productively. The planner works closely with Superintendents and cross-functional teams to integrate engineering, procurement, safety, quality, and commissioning requirements into field-ready work packages. PRIMARY POSITION OBJECTIVE: To lead the planning and coordination of Installation Work Packages (IWPs) that support safe, efficient, and constraint-free field execution. This includes: - Breaking down Construction Work Packages (CWPs) into IWPs aligned with the Path of Construction. - Collaborating with Superintendents and other stakeholders to ensure IWPs reflect field conditions and discipline standards. - Supporting schedule updates, material tracking, and reporting. - Driving continuous improvement through feedback loops and close-out reviews.
