Service Owner, Pricing and Optimisation

How Can I Help? As Service Owner – Pricing and Optimisation, you’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of pricing strategy execution across consumer banking products, including savings and term deposits. You’ll translate strategic direction into action, lead pricing initiatives from design through delivery, and partner closely with product, risk, finance and technology teams. You’ll own pricing governance on a day‑to‑day basis, maintaining strong controls, delegations and prudential compliance, while managing incidents and breaches as required. The role also involves financial analysis, P&L management and performance reporting, including the development of dashboards and the presentation of pricing insights and recommendations to senior leaders. You’ll lead and develop a high‑performing team, building capability across pricing, analytics and governance, while influencing outcomes across a complex organisational environment. What Do I Need?: You’ll bring solid experience executing pricing strategy within financial services, ideally in consumer banking across savings or transactional products.
