Senior Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Your Impact We’re looking for a commercially minded and influential finance leader to join our Group Finance team as Senior Finance Manager – FP&A. You will play a key regional role with responsibility across Oceania (Australia & New Zealand) and South-Central Southeast Asia (SCSEA), providing critical financial insight and planning leadership to support strategic decision-making and business performance. You will lead APAC financial planning and analysis activities and lead the Group FP&A team, with two direct reports, delivering high-quality consolidated reporting, forecasts, budgets, Mid Term Plan outputs and performance insights. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening planning discipline, improving visibility of performance, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes.
