Supply Planner

Job description

We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Supply Planner to join our MECCA- Maginations team for 6-months at our Support Centre. This role is responsible for planning and executing manufacturing orders within the own-branded MECCA- Maginations business, ensuring accuracy of item data, timely ordering, and seamless delivery of products from suppliers to our warehouse. You’ll play a vital part in supporting new product launches, optimising supply chain processes, and ensuring our inventory stays healthy and ready to delight our customers. Key responsibilities include: Setting up and maintaining own-branded MECCA- Maginations items in our ERP system, ensuring accurate master data and product information Executing monthly supply and demand planning, reviewing forecasts, launches, and risks to maintain stock availability Managing orders, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of components, raw materials, and finished goods Overseeing production planning and logistics with external suppliers, manufacturers, and freight forwarders for all new and ongoing products Monitoring inventory and stock health, conducting cycle counts, and minimising risk...
