Job description

Qualifications: - Owns the end-to-end design, development, and execution of complex predictive modeling initiatives, from problem formulation through validation, deployment readiness, and ongoing risk assessment. - Leads and executes deep dive diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support data-driven business decision making. Creates alternative model approaches to assess complex model design and advance future capabilities. Mentors and develops junior data scientists and analysts. - Establishes and enforces data quality standards for modeling use, including diagnosing data issues, documenting assumptions and limitations, and filling data gaps in ways that balance rigor, practicality, and risk. - Partners with senior leadership to understand and probe business processes in order to develop hypotheses. Brings structure to requests and translates requirements into an analytic approach. - Guides research design, model evaluation, validation, and monitoring strategies, providing expert judgment on model performance, stability, and appropriate use.
