We’re looking for a Land Reclamation Project Manager to lead field-based environmental and land restoration projects across the region. This role supports a hands-on, experienced team focused on erosion control, site stabilization, and industrial landscaping work that makes a visible impact. You’ll combine project leadership with field oversight in an organization that values accountability, safety, and getting work done right. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage land reclamation projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines and costs stay on track. Coordinate daily field operations, including assigning crews, monitoring progress, and resolving site issues. Develop project budgets and cost estimates while tracking actual performance against projections. Oversee equipment usage and field logistics, including trailering and operation of farm and seeding equipment. Use project management software to document schedules, progress updates, and reporting for leadership.
