Custodian - Advanced Veterinary Specialists We are searching for our next Custodian to join our team! About the job: Y our duties will include: Compensation range: $18 - $21/hr - Keep assigned areas clean, neat, and orderly. - Perform minor building and equipment repair work. - Complete other assigned tasks. - Sweep, mop, oil, and wax floors. - Vacuum rugs and carpets. - Clean, dust, and polish furniture. - Empty waste receptacles. - Clean hallways, restrooms, and light fixtures. - Assist in moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies. - Any other duties assigned by your manager. Basic Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, cleaning materials, janitorial tools, and equipment. - Knowledge of routine building and grounds maintenance. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Online ordering platforms (Such as Staples, Amazon, etc) - Ability to operate, care and maintain tools and equipment used in janitorial work. - Ability to complete minor facility repairs. - Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. - Ability to use and operate a computer Benefits: Ethos is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
