Job Description Rambøll is establishing a new global department, Project Management & Delivery (PMD), to lead the delivery of our largest and most complex infrastructure projects worldwide. This strategic initiative strengthens how we develop proposals, govern projects, and deliver consistently high quality outcomes across the organization. The PMD sets the standard for delivery excellence by establishing robust governance, common ways of working, capability development, and knowledge sharing. The department plays a critical role in improving predictability, efficiency, and client satisfaction while enabling sustainable growth. Our ambition is for the PMD to be recognized as a trusted advisor to clients and a strategic enabler of successful project outcomes across Rambøll’s global portfolio. We are hiring Project Managers (PM) to lead, or act as deputy PMs, on major infrastructure projects of high complexity, scale, and visibility.
