Supervisor, Radiology - ( 2600047G ) Description A Brief Overview This position exists to perform radiological testing and procedures on patients. What You Will Do: - Performs a variety of diagnostic procedures producing high quality studies and assures that the processing of these images meets established quality standards. - Prepares written documentation as required by the profession, department, hospital, and accrediting bodies. Assists manager with ODH, MQSA, and Joint readiness. Participates and prepares in the inspection process. - Maintains imaging equipment and other equipment in efficient operating order; contacts and reports malfunctions and need for repair to the Department Manager or appropriate vendor. - Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of department and associated work areas in compliance with Joint regulations. - Demonstrates competency in RIS/PACS, and monitors various reports.
