Job Summary: This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining structural engineering programs, including providing repair and maintenance plans/designs to plant teams. The Engineer will be responsible for providing civil and structural engineering support for the Vistra generation fleet. The Engineer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining fleet standards for inspections of critical equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. This position can work independently, applying extensive SME knowledge and must coordinate effectively with all work groups. - Flexibility for base location at one of Vistra's fossil power generation sites. Job Description: Education , Experience & Skill Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Structural engineering experience preferred. 8 years related job experience.
