450 Ingenuity Ave, Sparks, NV 89441 Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm: Pay: $17.50hr: What's the Short Version?: A Returns Clerk is responsible for processing customer returns and logging in all returned and delivered items. This position works closely with the Customer Care Center, Credit, UPS and sometimes customers in order to process the returns paperwork accurately and efficiently. What Will You Be Doing?: · Log in all returned and delivered items and research returns without Return Authorization Numbers (RA#) as needed. · Process all return paperwork upon completion of returning all items to proper locations. · Communicate with Customer Care Center on returned orders and occasionally with customers and UPS. · Verify returned product matches with product in bin location and reshipping of orders. Restock returned product to lo-bay/hi-bay locations. · Invoice all restocked credit memos and make modifications to returns paperwork when necessary. · Notify SanMar employees of packages addressed to them and deliver daily priority packages and mail throughout facility within a timely manner. · Create and print credit memos & freight invoices. · Perform other duties as assigned · Comply with all p...
