Business Development Operations Program Manager

Position Summary We are seeking a high-performing BD Ops Program Manager to support the execution and ongoing maintenance of our sourcing operating model. This role is responsible for running the day-to-day operational engine behind deal origination: ensuring systems, data, reporting, processes and workflows function seamlessly and consistently across the team. The role partners closely with the Director of Business Development and acts as the operational backbone of the sourcing function. This is an execution-focused role and is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments and is comfortable working with senior investment professionals. This full-time role is preferably based in Austin, TX and is for an immediate start. Responsibilities: Technical Execution & Maintenance: - Manage BD systems (SFDC, Clari, etc), identify gaps/areas of improvement in our tooling and data structure, and propose improvements or new tools where needed - Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical partners: acting as the liaison between the BD team and technical support (internal technology organization or external vendors). - Test outputs, support rollout, and...
