This role plays a key part in identifying network gaps, evaluating provider opportunities, and driving strategic recruitment initiatives aligned with organizational and market objectives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this position exercises independent judgment and discretion in assessing network performance, prioritizing provider recruitment efforts, and recommending solutions that impact network adequacy, access, and value-based performance outcomes.
