Construction Business Services (CBS) is seeking a driven and resourceful individual to join its dynamic and expanding team within its Permit Applications section located in East View. The Permit Applications team supports the companys permitting needs in Westchester. The ideal candidate for this role will be customer-focused, agile, a self-starter, comply with all procedures and be highly organized. This individual must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, meet deadlines consistently, and maintain a high level of personal accountability. Core Responsibilities: - Effectively support Con Edisons Permit Management operations within Westchester Municipalities, working with groups including Gas Operations, Electric Operations, Engineering, and different Municipalities. - Review permit applications thoroughly and promptly to ensure that supporting documentation including layouts are complete and accurate. - Develop and foster strong stakeholder relationships within Con Edisons internal organizations and the Municipalities.
