Company Description We’re Ace & Tate – and yes, we make glasses. But more than that, we make working here worth your while. We’re looking for a Creative Lead at our Amsterdam HQ, 32–40 hours. As our Creative Lead, you are the narrative engine of Ace & Tate. Partnering closely with the Art Director, you’ll spark the big ideas and oversee their evolution from first thought to final execution. We’re looking for a conceptual thinker who can consistently find the angle that makes Ace & Tate feel fresh, relevant and human. You oversee the campaign vision from the first spark of an idea to the final asset roll-out, ensuring every touchpoint, from a big billboard to a 15-second TikTok, feels part of the same cohesive story. You bring a strong strategic lens to everything you create, balancing brand building with performance and business needs. Working at the intersection of brand, marketing and retail, you play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up today and how it evolves over time.
