This role will see you provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Fleet Sales Consultants, ensuring that our corporate customers receive seamless, professional service from first contact through to vehicle delivery. What You'll Do: - Accurately and efficiently process vehicle sales contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and manufacturer documentation. - Coordinate vehicle logistics including registration, CTP, interstate deliveries, and auction returns for fleet vehicles. - Work closely with Pre-Delivery, Sales Consultants, and external suppliers to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time. - Manage customer communications professionally, including preparing quotations, issuing invoices, and handling enquiries or complaints. - Maintain up-to-date customer and veh...
