Anza MI is a fintech startup using technology and analytics to drive growth & innovation within the US mortgage market. About the role: The Technical Project Manager will serve as the primary delivery lead for Anza's technology portfolio, driving end-to-end program management across the MI platform, integrations, and compliance-related technology workstreams. This role blends Scrum Master, BSA, and program management responsibilities, functioning as the connective tissue between product vision, engineering execution, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong agile delivery experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into well-structured, developer-ready artifacts — including BPMN process models, user stories, and Confluence documentation.
