Director, Global Air Sourcing

Job description

The Director, Global Travel Sourcing role will be responsible for sourcing related activities in connection with the cross-brand procurement of air travel, hotel, and ground transportation. This position will report directly to Vice President - Global Strategic Sourcing. The role is responsible for working with vendors and with stakeholders from all Carnival Corporation brands. The position will have four direct reports: Two Managers - Global Air Sourcing, a Manager - Global Air Sourcing Analytics, and a Procurement Specialist. In helping leverage our global scale, the Director - Global Travel Sourcing will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic strategy which enables Global Sourcing to best support all our strategic sourcing efforts across the enterprise. This position will provide a great opportunity to learn about the operations across our global brands. Essential Functions: Lead overall Travel category strategy.
