Our multidisciplinary team combines the expertise of structural and geotechnical engineers with experienced drillers, construction managers, geologists, and quality management specialists. About this Role: Crux Subsurface runs geotechnical and foundation construction projects across the country. This shop keeps that equipment running. This is a welding and fabrication role in a heavy equipment shop. You'll fabricate and repair drilling rigs and custom components — working across MIG steel, TIG aluminum, and general mechanical maintenance. The work is varied, the equipment is heavy and technical, and the shop supports active projects in the field. If you have the skills and take pride in quality work, there's plenty of it here.
