Description Pay: $19: Hours: Monday - Friday: 10am - 6:30pm Address: 21160 Drake Road, Strongsville, Ohio 44149 The Assistant Store Manager reports directly to the Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily store operations. This role requires a willingness to be hands-on with the day-to-day operations but also assist in driving the overall company strategy. You’ll need to help build and maintain relationships with managers, hourly employees, carrier partners, vendors, and various departments in the company. Most importantly, you’ll need to provide exceptional customer service. Successful assistant store managers are highly motivated to drive improvements every single day and are willing to work as a strong team with both the store manager and the other store associates.
