Position Summary: The Endless Aisle Operations Analyst ensures the endless aisle program is operating efficiently, accurately, and cost effectively. The analyst is also responsible for researching, implementing and monitoring technology improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy of Endless Aisle processes. This person works closely with the Endless Aisle team to ensure that vendors shipping performance is measured, policies adhered to and reviewed by all parties. What you will do: Freight and Operations Management: Develops and maintains good relations with suppliers, carriers, internal and external customers. Collaborates with Analysts, specialists, operations, vendors, and our carriers to maximize efficiency. Manages the communication and resolution of tracking and parcel shipments.
