Position Overview The CIT Lead Counselor is responsible for guiding and mentoring 15-year-old campers enrolled in the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program. This role focuses on leadership development, skill-building, and preparing campers to become future camp counselors while ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive camp experience.
