Purpose: The Lead, Clinical (Mohs Travel Team) is a highly skilled clinical professional who delivers exceptional patient care across multiple practice locations while serving as a key leader in driving operational excellence. This role combines hands-on support in Mohs surgery and general dermatology with responsibility for overseeing clinical workflows, optimizing patient flow, and supporting staff performance. Acting as both a clinical expert and team lead, this individual partners closely with providers and practice leadership to ensure consistency in care delivery, provide real-time problem solving, and support the training and development of medical assistants.
