Associate, Strategy and Expansion

These core values and our participant-focus lead the way no matter what. The Associate, Strategy & Expansion is a critical member of the growth team, reporting to the Associate Director of Strategy. This role works closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and other leaders to shape and execute WelbeHealth’s near and long-term growth strategies. The Associate, Strategy & Expansion will lead key projects including evaluating new market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, improving existing market growth opportunities, and supporting site launches. This role is different because the Associate, Strategy & Expansion at WelbeHealth: - Directly shapes WelbeHealth’s growth strategy – evaluating new markets, assessing financial and demographic opportunities, and helping determine where and how we expand PACE to serve more seniors - Operates as a strategic partner to executive leadership – translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to senior leaders, including the CFO, CGO, and b...
