What we offer you: The DACH Sales Director will be responsible for leading the regional commercial strategy and driving the business growth in the region. In this role, the individual will be responsible for growing market share, improving profitability, strengthening relationships with existing customers, expanding into new market segments and positioning Hydro as the preferred partner in sustainable aluminium solutions. The DACH sales Director reports to the VP DACH and works closely with the Regional Management, Marketing, Key Account Management teams, Technical Development and Supply Chain.
