About The Role: As an Education Director, you will: - Ensure consistent implementation of a developmentally appropriate, child-centered curriculum aligned with state standards and best practices - Train and onboard teachers in the Vivvi Learning Model and instructional expectations - Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to faculty - Partner with Mentor Teachers and leadership to ensure curriculum fidelity across classrooms - Support family engagement through communication, conferences, and school events - Assist in maintaining compliance with state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and quality initiatives - Promote an inclusive and collaborative school culture - Step in as an operational leader in Head of S...
