To learn more about who we are visit https://www.castlemain.com/ As a Specialist, Experience, Technology and Compliance (Service Activation), you will support the Service Activation Lead to implement service plans that deliver claimant-centred support across channels such as phone, online, in person meetings and group sessions. The role focuses on coordination, documentation, readiness tracking and operational support so service activation activities stay organized, aligned and executed in a consistent way.
