Role Overview The Storytelling Strategist supports the Storytelling Lead in elevating design excellence, gathering human stories, and shaping the way Page/Stantec understands and communicates impact. The ideal candidate is a balance of the left and right brain, excelling and project management as well as creative projects. The candidate is curious, empathetic, confident with groups, skilled in narrative structure, and comfortable working alongside designers, clients, and communities. This position is not a marketing role. It sits inside the Design Exchange and is directly tied to design process, project excellence, and client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Document the full life cycle of strategic projects, from early design through completion, tracking design evolution, key decisions, lessons learned, and team intent. - Support design competitions through narrative development and message alignment and assist in preparing presentation and submission materials. - Coordinate the public-facing deliverable showcasing The Stanleys , the firm’s internal design awards program. - Gather and shape sustainability, environmental, and social impact stories. - Partner with firm leaders to...
