Join us and experience a company where your contributions truly make a difference! Assists in the Management of projects of varying sizes. Typically reports to a Cabling Group Manager. Meets project completion schedules, labor, and material cost budgets. Responsible for managing multiple Cabling Managers on different projects and/or one large program. Insures the quality of workmanship, safety and documentation per project. Performs at least one quality and Safety Coaching Observation on each project bi-weekly. Initiates disciplinary actions for those employees working directly under the Cabling Manager. Responsible for identifying and initiating work-around procedures, and working with Cabling Manager and Cabling Supervisors to assist in maintaining crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer, material delays, absenteeism, etc. in conjunction with the project schedule.
