We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to join the team at Dorsett Gold Coast. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll play a key part in delivering memorable guest experiences and supporting our Front Office team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll be the senior leader on shift, guiding the team, supporting daily operations, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for. About the Role: As Duty Manager, you’ll lead by example on shift, supporting Front Office and Guest Services while keeping hotel operations running smoothly.
