MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER

Job description

Candidates must meet the following requirements: - Training in mechanics/electricity/electrical engineering. - Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electromechanics; - Experience in industrial maintenance; - Experience in team management. - Initiative, leadership and negotiation. Proactive, good communication skills, good interpersonal relationships and ability to work in a team. Reports to the Maintenance Manager and will have as main responsibilities: - Supervise the operation of maintenance work, with regard to the distribution of tasks by the team, and oversee the execution of equipment maintenance work; - Know and apply the procedures of the maintenance sector; - Determine the manufacturing process of spare parts and route them to manufacture; - Analyze the production loss times due to maintenance, utilization, productivity, and labor efficiency, proposing actions for improving these indicators; - Troubleshoot and program PLCs, drives, and robots; - Critically analyze equipment shutdowns for corrective maintenance using this information to improve preventive maintenance.
