Job description

To meet the overall objective the post holder will need to embrace DLA values and the client journey philosophies to help foster a motivated and exceptional client focused team that supports the business needs and vision. Main duties and responsiblities: - The Product specialist will be responsible for analysing the efficiency of the solution and ensuring enhancements (SAP or internal) are adopted within the solution to continue maximising the ROI - The Product specialist will be aligned to a process workstream (e.g. Recruitment & Onboarding), but will be expected to have a basic knowledge across all modules ensuring BAU delivery is maintained during periods of absence - The Product specialist will work with the supplier and the relevant CoE to identify and implement a 12-24 month rolling technical roadmap that underpins the HR strategy and ensures continuous improvement of SuccessFactors - The role holder will be expected to project manage the full design, build, test, implement cycle for their roadmap items, as well as any configuration / bug fixes raised as BAU - Technical processes will be owned by the HRIS team and will be delivered by the Product specialists (e.g. Position ma...
