This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp. This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays each week. Red Ventures Growth Team (RVGT) is a specialized client services business that builds and operates digital acquisition programs for major financial institutions. We sit at the intersection of performance marketing, AI-native operations, and financial services compliance. We're looking for a Delivery & Controls Senior Associate who is ready to own a meaningful piece of how we keep those programs running cleanly. This role sits at the core of delivery and compliance operations for an RVGT client partnership. You'll own a defined set of workflows — compliance submission tracking, controls calendar management, audit documentation, and day-to-day PMO coordination — and be expected to run them independently with limited oversight.
