Position Purpose: Is responsible for the daily operation of assigned shift and performance of assigned Security Officers. Provides necessary training and orientation to Hospital and contract colleagues in safety and security matters. Conducts necessary inspection, writes reports, and alerts the Lieutenant of areas or issues that need attention. Assures compliance with Hospital and regulatory policies and procedures. What you will do: Oversees activities of subordinate personnel engaged in providing safety and security of all persons and property for patients, visitors, and colleagues. Routinely inspects and responds appropriately so the facilities and grounds are safe for all patients, visitors, and colleagues. Monitors all in-house and contract security personnel for the standards of appearance, deportment, training, and performance and takes appropriate steps to ensure compliance with standards laid down in the Hospital's polici...
